A few steps from Place des États-Unis and on the top floor of a classic Parisian building, Sandra Benhamou transforms two narrow, low-ceiling office spaces into a bright, open, and refined family duplex. White walls, light wood, curves, and soft lines: the spaces like the angles are softened. The leather DS 600 sofa by De Sede plays a large part in this transformation. A diagonal parquet floor, an open staircase, and the luminous arc by Studio Arditi create a sense of depth. Understanding her clients’ sensitivity to materials, Sandra Benhamou blends different types of wood, plays with shine and matte finishes and develops wall textures in collaboration with Atelier Tourtoulou.
